The full Axito Sales Training Program incorporates approximately 18 hours of training development & delivery activities broken down into 3 stages that provide an overview of the sales process: preparing for the client, making the first contact, building rapport and creating interest, uncovering needs and providing consultative solutions to clients. Also covered are building relationships for the long-term, managing objections, closing the sale and assisting the sales process with a compelling value story for your business.
The innovative final stage of the program sees your Axito consultant set aside 3 half days for ride-alongs / observations and on-site coaching of your sales employees to evaluate their progress and to provide further specific coaching and advice matched to their needs.
